














Gyokusui I and II 1.8 Professional Jiari Shakuhachi
Born in Hiroshima in 1893, Kōno Gyokusui studied Ueda-Ryū shakuhachi and received his teacher's credentials in 1914. He became a highly-respected shakuhachi maker and produced fine instruments for more than five decades. His descendants continue this tradition.
In tandem with his son he created this flute. The Gyokusui family still makes shakuhachi to this day in Osaka Japan.
